Croatia allows foreign investors to obtain construction licenses in 45 days for investment projects above 10 million Euros. Movement of goods to and from Free Zones, as well as handling of goods in them, does not require large paperwork and formalities. Goods placed within these areas are free of import duties, VAT and other import or export charges.
