  • Research tax credit - Enterprises are eligible for a tax credit equal to 10% of the costs borne for industrial research and pre-competitive development. The figure can rise to 40% whereby the costs refer to projects conducted with universities and public research entities.

Renewable Energies

  • Abolishment of the annual power capacity limit that may be subsidized.
  • Abolishment of the maximum power limit for a single plant that may be subsidised.
  • Maximum limit of cumulative subsidised power raised to 1,200 MW.
  • Simplification of procedures to obtain subsidised tariffs.
  • Possibility of up to 20% combination with other national and regional incentives (more than 20% in the case of plants created by public bodies).
  • Increase in subsidised rates by 5% for plants created by public bodies or small Municipalities, and in the case of installations that integrate with technology for energy saving, whether private or not.
